I love endives. They have a subtil bitter taste but they are so good and so rich. This bitter is really good combined with cheese and honey. The way i like the best, is the roasted way, with a lot of onion and cream. I hope you like it!

Apesar de um bocadinho amargo, adoro o sabor deste legume. É uma óptima base para aperitivos volantes, quando crua, por ser crocante e fresca. Liga muito bem com o queijo brie e mel. Assada com muita cebola, algum queijo e natas, é como prefiro comê-la.
